I created the window display in collaboration with Japanese students who are helping with a project at WEDG WEDG (WEDG stands for World Education Development Group (Kent) ) are a charitable organisation offering membership to schools in Kent to access resources from around the world. This project ( find out more here ) is called 'Global Classroom Visitors' and has japanese students reading "The Hungry Caterpillar" in Japanese to children in schools across Kent. I designed the fish or japanese koinobori carp kites and these were joined along with the students beautiful origami crane streamers and the fantastic origami caterpillar. You can see it in Canterbury here at at the bottom of Queningate Car Park.
